Manufacturing: Unique Beverages, Production
Operate, monitor, and adjust filling machines to ensure efficient, continuous production.
Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and changeover procedures.
Check filling levels, sealing, labeling, and coding for accuracy.
Troubleshoot minor issues; escalate major problems to maintenance.
Ensure product quality meets company, food safety, and regulatory standards.
Record production data, downtime, and quality checks accurately.
Clean and sanitize machines and work areas per hygiene protocols.
Follow safety guidelines and report hazards or incidents immediately.
Work closely with quality control, maintenance, and team members to achieve production targets.
Maintain strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.
