Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless network systems.
Monitor network performance and ensure reliable connectivity across all company locations.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime.
Implement and support IT infrastructure security, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
Collaborate with the IT team to support servers, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF).
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and cybersecurity practices.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent) preferred.
