Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Supervise stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
Optimize warehouse layout and storage for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch to stores (supermarket, express, hypermarket, grocery formats).
Monitor planogram compliance and coordinate with store teams for replenishment.
Support front-end operations such as cashiering and checkout process efficiency. Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
